Frasi come &#8220;<em>Rivoluzioneremo le palestre vendendo una nuova bevanda energetica<\/em>&#8221; o anche &#8220;<em>Cambieremo il mondo dell&#8217;hiring lavorando con i coworking<\/em>&#8221; che ad un primo ascolto poco approfondito sembrano interessanti nascondono insidie non banali. Deconcentrando gli imprenditori dal problema identificato e dallo spazio delle soluzioni e confondendo la loro mission con i canali di vendita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Riprendendo uno degli esempi di prima la <em>bevanda energetica<\/em> descritta ha poco a che vedere con le palestre, tant&#8217;\u00e8 che pu\u00f2 essere venduta anche su altri canali inoltre non va a modificare o cambiare minimamente il modello operativo delle palestre stesse. A voler ulteriormente buttare sale sulla ferita ed andando a fondo sul modello e sulla visione a medio lungo termine non c&#8217;\u00e8 nessuna attivit\u00e0 core che impatti in qualche modo le palestre se non tramite dei banali distributori di bevande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma quindi perch\u00e9 molte aziende, e startup, confondono i canali di vendita con mission e vision? Perch\u00e9 probabilmente hanno parlato con attori di quel particolare canale che hanno espresso il loro interesse al fine di essere (tra) i primi a fruire od offrire il servizio offerto dalla startup. Creando l&#8217;illusione che quel particolare canale sia <em>magicamente <\/em>diventato indispensabile per portare avanti la propria idea di business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La morale quindi \u00e8 capite bene che problema state risolvendo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fullo.net\/blog\/2020\/08\/14\/trova-il-tuo-perche\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3547\">perch\u00e9 lo state risolvendo<\/a> e per chi. Non fatevi accecare dai feedback positivi iniziali e valutate sempre cosa succederebbe se il canale che pensate strategico scomparisse da un giorno all&#8217;altro. La value proposition cambierebbe? Gli utenti finali, o meglio i clienti finali, cambierebbero? O semplicemente dovete ridefinire una nuova strategia per arrivare a quegli utenti? Lo stesso <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3dravYW\">Value Proposition Canvas<\/a> non include al suo interno i canali proprio per non distrarre l&#8217;attenzione dal compito principale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trovare i giusti canali \u00e8 importante ed anche i giusti partner per arrivare prima sui clienti della vostra azienda, ma \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 importante non perdere d&#8217;occhio la propria visione d&#8217;impresa e lavorare per (in)validarla.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mi \u00e8 capitato, e continua a succedere, di parlare con startup che confondono i canali di vendita con la loro mission aziendale.
