Nonostante l&#8217;attenzione di tutti sia verso la stesura degli OKR perfetti fin da subito, penso che una incompleta, o nulla, comprensione di cosa significhi misurare e come si costruiscano delle metriche utili sia alla base dell&#8217;insuccesso di molte transizione all&#8217;uso dello strumento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In questo articolo, esploreremo la differenza tra KPIs leading, lagging, reporting e metriche esplorative, analizzando esempi pratici per una comprensione pi\u00f9 approfondita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Misurare le performance \u00e8 fondamentale per il successo aziendale, e i Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) sono strumenti essenziali per questo compito. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. KPIs Leading: Il Futuro in un Numero<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I KPIs leading sono come una finestra sul futuro, fornendo indicazioni preziose per anticipare le tendenze e orientare le decisioni strategiche. Un esempio \u00e8 la &#8220;User Engagement Heatmap.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Esempio: Heatmap di Coinvolgimento Utente<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Questa metrica esplorativa visualizza come gli utenti interagiscono con un sito web o un&#8217;applicazione.
