OKR al quadrato, OKR\u00b2. Non \u00e8 un gioco di parole, ma una necessaria evoluzione di come pensiamo agli obiettivi aziendali. La seconda R non \u00e8 un&#8217;aggiunta arbitraria, ma il riconoscimento di una dimensione sempre esistita ma spesso ignorata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">In Intel, dove gli OKR sono nati, Andy Grove aveva gi\u00e0 intuito questo concetto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>\"For a successful company, keeping drives in balance is as important as generating drives.\"<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Non parlava solo di bilanciare obiettivi e risultati, ma di come le risorse fossero fondamentali in questa equazione. Non \u00e8 una coincidenza matematica: l&#8217;efficienza moltiplicata per l&#8217;adeguatezza ci d\u00e0 proprio l&#8217;efficacia. Da qui il concetto di OKR\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La doppia R: statica e dinamica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elevare gli OKR al quadrato significa guardare alle risorse con una doppia prospettiva, immediata e futura. Un caso emblematico arriva da una startup tech con cui ho collaborato che aveva definito come obiettivo il lancio di un nuovo prodotto in sei mesi. I Key Results brillavano: numero di feature realmente usate dai beta tester, riduzione del tasso di abbandono durante A\/B testing. Eppure qualcosa non ha funzionato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mancava una visione di lungo periodo: come scalare l&#8217;infrastruttura? Come sostenere i ritmi di sviluppo? La R delle risorse immediate c&#8217;era, mancava la R della sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anatomia delle risorse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In un framework OKR\u00b2 maturo, ogni risorsa ha una duplice natura:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\" style=\"font-size:14px\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Risorsa<\/th><th>Dimensione immediata (R\u00b9)<\/th><th>Dimensione futura (R\u00b2)<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Tempo<\/td><td>Ore\/uomo disponibili<\/td><td>Sostenibilit\u00e0 dei ritmi<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Competenze<\/td><td>Skill attuali<\/td><td>Percorsi di crescita<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Strumenti<\/td><td>Infrastruttura base<\/td><td>Scalabilit\u00e0 futura<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Persone<\/td><td>Ruoli attuali<\/td><td>Evoluzione del team<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Budget<\/td><td>Costi immediati<\/td><td>Investimenti strategici<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La formula del successo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La vera potenza degli OKR\u00b2 emerge quando tutte le dimensioni si allineano. Non si tratta di rendere gli obiettivi meno ambiziosi, ma di renderli sostenibilmente ambiziosi. Come evidenziato nel post <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fullo.net\/blog\/2022\/02\/20\/invincible-okr\/\">Invincible OKR<\/a>, il bilanciamento tra business as usual e innovazione richiede una comprensione profonda delle proprie risorse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non basta chiedersi se un obiettivo \u00e8 raggiungibile. Bisogna chiedersi se \u00e8 sostenibile. Non basta avere le risorse oggi, bisogna capire come evolvere con gli obiettivi. Non basta misurare i risultati, bisogna assicurarsi di poterli mantenere nel tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lla pianificazione strategica richiede una visione completa delle proprie capacit\u00e0.
