ho scovato un piccolo, ma neanche tanto, manuale per scrivere plugin per wordpress. Inoltre sul forum di supporto è stato pubblicato questo utilissimo plugin che permette di utilizzare una pagina statica come homepage, comodissimo per utilizzare wordpress come un CMS!

vi ricordate i vecchi “canali” di internet explorer 4? quelli dove una volta registrati ricevevate notizie aggiornate più o meno in tempo reale su un determinato argomento? Beh, c’è chi ha pensato che era ora di ridar loro vita sfruttando però alcune delle attuali tecnologie tanto care ai blogger (feed e firefox).

L’ho provato e pare che funzioni,
FlashBack is still in the early phases of development. It has only been tested on a compact flash card, with a Canon camera. I’d appreciate any feedback on this application so far.
This version recovers the data in its original format, previous versions used Gdk to pull the data from the binary stream and gdk discarded the exifdata. This version preserves the image, byte for byte.
As always, here is the obligatory screenshot. The date is pulled from the EXIF data in the restored photo itself.

IE ed upload
nuovo baco di IE alle porte, infatti dalla versione 4.3.11 di php l’upload dei file sarà fatto seguendo appieno gli standard fissati dal w3c, questo significa che tutti i file uploadati da IE, che come al solito non supporta gli standard, conterranno il path completo all’interno del nome. Ovviamente la cosa renderà particolarmente difficile la vita a tutti gli sviluppatori di CMS web oriented che dovranno rivedere le funzioni di upload dei loro sistemi.
