favicon for free
Molti di voi (si, sono ottimista!) avranno notato (spero)
che a fianco all’url del mio sito nella vostra barra degli
indirizzi è comparsa una iconcina nera con una f bianca,
tale icona si chiama favicon e viene gestita da tutti i
browser di 5a generazione (ie 5.x, mozilla, opera 5.x …)
Siccome per riuscire a realizzare la mia ho penato un
pochettino ecco qualche utile risorsa su come confezionarsi
la propria icona!

Cercando qualche editor freeware da
affiancare a Dreamweaver (decisamente troppo
esoso di risorse per il mio povero pc) sono
incappato in HTML-KIT.
L’editor sembra molto promettente, inoltre
presso il sito è possibile anche scaricare
una miriade di plug-in ed un sdk per crearsi
il proprio plug-in.
Da notare, inoltre, che il programma supporta
anche le sintassi per PHP, Ruby, Perl, Phyton…

Cercando qualche news ed informazioni su
LDAP mi sono imbattuto in LDAP-Directory Manager,
un interessante tool di configurazione/gestione
per l’ambiente di autenticazione.
Il tool è compatibile con le varie distribuzioni
basate su Debian e con Mandrake.
Ecco una piccola descrizione presa dal sito ufficiale:

Oltre ad avere aggiornato il server tra ieri ed oggi ho installato e modificato molti script per b2, adesso tra le altre cose è possibile vedere gli articoli correlati, la lista dei link (ed anche come popup) da me pubblicati e le statistiche sul blog.
Non male per una giornata di lavoro! :D

Ho aggiornato il server con apache 1.3.27, PHP 4.3.0 e
con lo Zend Optimizer 2.0.3, spero che si noti l’aumento
di performance…
io per ora ho notato solo che phpCollab non funziona più!!! :(
